Over 150 young people, leaders and helpers celebrated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with a walk from Salisbury Leisure Centre via Stratford Sub-Castle to Hudson’s field.

On the way they took part in a scavenger hunt and decorated cardboard crowns they had made previously with natural objects or drawings and completed an observation sheet.

They stopped briefly on the way for refreshments and then continued, stopping again to play ‘Pooh Sticks’ on Stratford Bridge before holding a picnic in Hudson’s Field and finally taking part in an Art Attack by gathering in the shape of a crown to have their photograph taken.
